In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) h88 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obliged to update your account details promptly if any information changes. h88 will not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect information provided at registration or left uncorrected thereafter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

• Register using your own legal name as it appears on your national identity document (CNIC/NICOP).
• Use only a mobile number registered in your own name for account verification.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your h88 account immediately by contacting support.
• Do not use another person's identity, payment method, or personal details when registering.

h88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Additional methods may be added or removed at h88's discretion with reasonable notice.

All funds deposited to h88 must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. h88 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, h88 may reverse the transaction and withhold any winnings derived from it pending investigation.

h88 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently. h88 is not responsible for fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

h88 Members may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC/NICOP and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• h88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary based on payment method, bank working hours, and volume.
• h88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by automated risk monitoring systems.

h88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or methods not previously used for deposits on the account without prior written approval from the h88 compliance team.

h88 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral bonuses, and cricket or sports season promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all h88 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• One bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus offers are valid for a specified period only. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity window.

All bets placed on h88 sportsbook and all casino game outcomes are final once confirmed by the h88 system. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on h88:

• Bets may only be placed while a Member's account is in good standing with a positive real money or bonus balance sufficient to cover the stake.
• h88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error or where a technical glitch affected market pricing.

h88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to Members seriously.

h88 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at no cost from within any registered Member's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which h88 will display a reminder and optionally log you out automatically.

You may access and use h88 content solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Member. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used to operate the h88 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h88 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures.

• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any interruption to h88 services caused by circumstances beyond h88's reasonable control, including but not limited to government action, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

h88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Conduct that h88 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other Members, or h88's regulatory standing.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to closure procedures as outlined in h88's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure for breach, h88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure by the Member), any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of h88 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

Before pursuing formal legal action, Members are encouraged to contact h88 support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. h88 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days and to engaging in good-faith efforts to resolve complaints efficiently.
